BLACK MEN VS. KAREN

This is the truth about my experiences with racism while dealing with a (KAREN). I believe many black men are made to stand alone and deal with injustices daily thrown at us by white women. I know there are many black men including myself suffering from anger, bitterness, and anxiety and Karens are often at the root of the problem. We have to learn to stand together and fight together and not be afraid to lose our jobs our livelihoods or our lives. Haven't Karens caused us enough pain in one form or another?

LIFE HAPPENS (WHEN YOU HAVE OTHER PLANS)

Life is filled with ups and downs and we all must learn to rise above the daily challenges. This is my honest and very transparent perspective on life. You are not alone on your journey to greatness, I walk with you.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOU LATELY?

We are now in the month of March and my question to you is "what have you done for yourself and your goals lately?" We are all facing our daily challenges as best we can, but we all have to learn how to enjoy quality time with ourselves in our alone time. Happiness is a choice we have to make every day. So I ask you again....WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOU LATELY?

WILL BLACK MEN EVER SUPPORT EACH OTHER (LIKE BLACK WOMEN SUPPORT EACH OTHER)

An honest and deeply personal perspective on my thoughts about the lack of mutual support Black Men don't give to one another. Black Women are winning and growing by leaps and bounds and we are falling behind because of the competitive and envious nature instilled in us. I know we can do better if we choose to rise above our differences and support one another and embrace the GREATNESS that we all have within us.

An honest discussion about the challenges we are all facing because of inflation, unemployment, and toxic work environments. I believe that we all need to come together and share knowledge, wisdom, and resources to survive in our everyday lives. We all deserve to live full and prosperous lives.

HOW TO SUPPORT A CREATIVE Part 2

The journey to success for a CREATIVE can be long, hard, and discouraging but I know good things come to those who persevere. Creatives have to stay the course, build their tribe and continue to grow their brand. Life is better with a CREATIVE in your world!!

We are all learning to navigate through the challenges of working in hostile and sometimes toxic work environments. As a black man of a certain age, I am sharing my thoughts and opinions on the new workspaces.

TO GHOST OR NOT TO GHOST (That is the question)

Sometimes we have to evaluate our circle of friends and our relationships to see who really matters. And sometimes ghosting or disappearing on folks is the best thing for some of those relationships you cherish are not feeding your soul.  We have to surround ourselves with positive, inspiring, and uplifting people.

CALM DOWN (We’re in heart attack territory)

We have to learn to face our fears and overcome our anxieties because the stress is quietly killing us. Let's be honest with ourselves and those we love about what is really going on inside.
